Headaches
The majority of headaches are caused my musculoskeletal problems either associated with muscle stiffness and tightness or an actual mechanical joint issue.

Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
Symptoms include pain in the wrist and hand along with numbness or tingling of the thumb, index finger and half of the ring finger, although the entire hand may be affected.
Plantar Fascitis
The primary symptoms of plantar fasciitis is pain on the inside of the heel and the bottom of the foot.

Frozen Shoulder, or adhesive capsulitis, is a general term used to describe all injuries that result in loss of motion to the shoulder.
