Insurance and Payment at RAK Chiropractic

At RAK Chiropractic, we work hard to make care accessible, with flexible options designed around your needs, not the insurance company’s agenda.

How Insurance Works at RAK Chiropractic

RAK Chiropractic accepts all insurances. That said, everyone’s benefits vary quite a bit, and to be straightforward with you: most of our patients choose to use our non-insurance rates because they tend to offer better value and more flexibility.

Here is why. When a clinic contracts with insurance, the insurance company controls both the cost and the care. They dictate pricing and treatment decisions, not the doctor. At RAK Chiropractic, the doctor controls your care. That means more personalized treatment, better pricing, and no insurance company telling us what you need.

RAK Chiropractic does not bill insurance directly, but we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. You would be responsible for the associated fees on your end. Most patients pay with FSA or HSA cards, credit or debit cards, or cash.

The most important thing is getting you in so we can help you get better. Do not let insurance questions be a barrier. We can gather your information and go over everything in more detail at your appointment.

Frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, RAK Chiropractic accepts all insurances. However, most patients choose our non-insurance rates for better value and flexibility. We do not bill insurance directly but can provide a detailed receipt for possible reimbursement through your plan.

Why do most patients choose non-insurance rates?

Because insurance companies control pricing and treatment when a clinic bills through them. Our non-insurance rates allow the doctor to focus entirely on what is best for you without outside restrictions on your care.

Can I use my FSA or HSA card?

Yes. FSA and HSA cards are accepted and are one of the most common ways patients pay for care at RAK Chiropractic.

What payment methods do you accept?

FSA and HSA cards, credit and debit cards, checks, and cash are all accepted.

Yes. Care plans are customized based on individual needs and goals. Ask about options for your family at your appointment.

When do I find out about pricing?

RAK offers a special pricing incentive for new patients for your first visit. At your follow-up appointment the doctor presents your full care plan along with all available payment options so you can choose what works best for your situation.
