RAK Chiropractic is led by a team of doctors and staff in Rochester MN that are; leading by example to EDUCATE, MOTIVATE & ADJUST as many families towards optimal health, through natural Chiropractic Care. The staff at RAK Chiropractic strives to provide the best possible patient chiropractic experience in the Rochester and Southeastern Minnesota. The doctors, Dr. Ryley Layden and Dr. Katie Layden, are dedicated to going above and beyond with their training to help provide the best individualized and specialized chiropractic care in the area. Both of the Chiropractic doctors are graduates of Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington MN.

Dr. Ryley is originally from a small town called Rocky Mountain House, in Alberta Canada and comes from an athletic background with an emphasis in hockey. His career took him, as a 14 year-old, away from home where he pursued his dream of hockey. He was fortunate to play at a world-renown boarding school before spending 5 years in the Western Hockey League, 2 National Hockey League training camps and playing 3 years at the University of Calgary. He has now dedicated his personal experiences, specialized education and clinical skills to helping his patients be the best they can be!
Dr. Katie Layden D.C.
Dr. Katie is originally from Charles City, IA and again coming from an athletic background with her emphasis in basketball. She did her undergraduate degree at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, IA where she played Division 3 basketball. Her passion for helping others has carried over into the practice of chiropractic care where she can share her personal, educated, and clinical experiences with her patients!
Between the two of them they can help any individual from young to old and small to big! They hold a credentialing certification from the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice and the Council on Chiropractic Pediatrics (C.A.C.C.P.) and are members of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Certified and trained in the Webster Technique, Active Release Techniques, Graston Technique, Kinesio Taping, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment.
